- Responsibilities:
Execute variety of typing tasks (dictation or self-prepared)
Maintain a filing system
Follow-up agendas
Organize business travel seminars
Receive visitors and prepare department meetings, conference calls
Update existing shared databases
Be a real support to the management and the team
Copying, scanning corporate documents and agreements, including printing and preparation of large files for the legal team.
Lead invoice handling for both teams
Back up of the receptionist - Qualifications:
Graduated in secretarial field or a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
Fluent in English, French or German
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Flexibility, diplomacy and you are a dynamic person
As a team player you are skilled in communication
Additional Assets
Knowledge in and preparation of corporate (legal) documentation (board and shareholders resolutions)
